Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in a full‑time capacity in the United States. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Spanish language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs
• Speak and write English; Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing
