Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and parts knowledge. The role requires expert store system usage, extensive automotive knowledge, and ability to source from multiple channels including special orders.

Qualifications

• Understand safety rules and maintenance instructions applicable to automotive parts.
• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus; communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Read and interpret parts catalogs and problem documents; basic math skills.
• Must successfully complete Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties such as opening/closing and safety tasks.
