Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have effective English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute instructions.
• Proven sales ability with experience in customer transaction fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers.
• Manage DIY services including installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain cleanliness.
