Job summary

A retail automotive parts company in Florida is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide excellent customer service and support the DIY automotive needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and strong sales skills. This full-time position involves managing DIY services, ensuring store standards, and effective customer communication. ASE certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
