Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Florida is looking for a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time position involves providing expert customer service, managing DIY services, and ensuring store inventory and cleanliness. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, excellent sales skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Assist in store inventory processes and ensure store cleanliness.
