Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro who combines expert store systems knowledge with deep automotive parts understanding to assist DIY customers in person and over the phone. This full-time role emphasizes accurate parts lookup, battery service, and friendly, safe service.

The position requires 3–5 years of parts experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varied shifts. ASE certification is preferred but not required; strong selling skills and inventory

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability and customer transaction fulfillment
• Must have a valid driver's license
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus

Responsabilités

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
