Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and part lookups. The role requires strong automotive knowledge, customer service, and the ability to operate store systems and POS equipment.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales skills, and an ASE certification or readiness. A valid driver’s license is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• A valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in stock and inventory processes; maintain back stock and cleanliness.
