Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team in delivering expert DIY support and car parts knowledge. You will help customers in-store and over the phone, source parts, and guide basic services such as battery tests and wiper installs with accuracy and courtesy.

We value 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and ASE-friendly credentials. This full-time role requires strong product knowledge, inventory practices, and a commitment to excellent service

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of store systems and parts lookup.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
