Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team. This full-time role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems, parts lookup, and in-store service for DIY customers.

You will support selling, battery and wiper services, and maintain store appearance, while handling inventory and safety responsibilities. Strong communication and computer skills (POS, Excel) are essential; ASE-ready is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in a retail or service environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in store inventory processes and keep areas tidy.
