Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and top-tier DIY support in our store. You will assist customers in person and by phone, locate parts, and perform services such as battery installations and wiper replacements while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive parts with proven sales ability. ASE certification is preferred but not required; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder duties: opening/closing, safety, task assignment
