Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services, with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. You will assist customers in person and by phone, identify parts, and perform services like battery installation and wiper installation.

This role requires 3–5 years of parts experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is preferred. You’ll work a varied schedule including weekends, and be part of a team delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in retail fulfillment.
• Must have valid driver's license; ASE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery tests and wiper installs.
• Ensure high customer service and store appearance.
