Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, store systems, and advanced automotive troubleshooting. You will drive sales, manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper changes, and uphold high standards of service and store presentation.

Experience with inventory, safety, and POS operations is essential for success. A valid driver’s license is required; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in retail or automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and how parts relate to repairs.
• Ability to operate store systems and handle parts lookup.
• A valid driver's license required.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
