Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. This full-time role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive diagnostics, and strong customer service.

You will handle parts lookup, stock parts, and perform services like battery installations and wiper replacements while meeting sales goals. ASE certification is preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
