A leading auto parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise in automotive products. This full-time position involves managing various DIY services and providing support to customers. Candidates should have significant automotive parts experience and strong communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.

Conocimientos

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Friendly communication

Ability to locate and stock parts

Safety knowledge

Parts and automotive system knowledge

Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment

Strong organizational skills

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

ASE Certification (preferred)
