Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions in the DIY business. The successful candidate will have extensive automotive knowledge, strong sales skills, and be responsible for customer service, inventory processes, and assisting in DIY services. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and up to 5 years of experience in automotive parts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Advanced parts lookup skills

Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment

Ability to read and interpret documents

Education

Valid driver's license

ASE Certification (preferred)
