Advance Auto Parts in Greenville, SC is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer sales with expert parts knowledge and store systems proficiency. This full-time role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

You will handle battery installations, wiper services, and other DIY tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate POS and lookup systems.

Qualifications

3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
Proven sales ability and fulfillment of customer transactions.
Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and manuals.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
