Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Winston-Salem is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert customer service and sales support. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Full-time position with responsibilities including customer interactions, managing inventory, and providing DIY services. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively.

• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
