Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and high-quality customer service in our DIY-focused sales environment.

This full-time role combines advanced store operations, part identification, and performance in a fast-paced setting. You will assist customers in person and by phone, perform services like battery tests and wiper installations, and support inventory accuracy while using POS and parts lookup systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Experience in fulfilling customer transactions
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
