Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers in-store and over the phone. The role requires deep parts knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and a commitment to excellent service.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, proven sales ability, and a valid driver’s license. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Expect strong inventory, POS, and diagnosing skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting).
