Genuine Parts Company, through its NAPA store, is seeking a Store Pro to assist customers with automotive parts in a fast-paced retail setting. You will identify parts, process transactions, and coordinate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong communication, and a willingness to learn; prior automotive or retail exposure is a plus. This role is onsite in Downey, CA with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and coworkers.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assist with inventory control, stocking and cycle counts as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
