Bridgewater Chevrolet is seeking a Parts Consultant / Counterperson to assist customers over the counter, by phone, and for the shop, ensuring parts reach technicians quickly and correctly.

You will stock, track, and locate parts, quote prices, and help internal and external customers while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates are familiar with parts catalogs, have basic computer skills, and a proactive attitude toward growth in the parts department.

Formación

• Familiarity with parts catalogs
• Proficiency with computer systems for pricing and ordering
• Comfortable interacting with customers and technicians
• Willingness to learn and grow within the parts department

Responsabilidades

• Interact with technicians to fill parts requests and deliver parts to bays
• Assist walk-in and phone customers to fill parts requests and upsell when appropriate
• Track incoming/outgoing parts and reconcile stock levels
• Locate available parts when out of stock and source alternatives
• Process payments and ensure correct billing through service/repair shop
• Assist with packaging, shipping back to manufacturers and maintain records
