The perfect candidate will have dealership exposure, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to use the parts department computer system. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience using a parts department computer system is preferred.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments and verify against invoices, orders and records.
• Determine method of shipment using knowledge of procedures, routes and rates.
• Maintain receiving and shipping records and bin locations.
• Unpack, inspect, and address damaged items; coordinate with shippers on shortages.
• Pull parts orders for internal, retail and wholesale customers.

We're looking for a Parts Order Puller Associate to join our TEAM here at Nimnicht Chevrolet. We are a family-owned business that has been in business for 85 years!

The Parts Order Puller Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions. Delivers parts to other departments

Requirements

• Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments, verify information against invoices, orders and other records
• Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates
• Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
• Maintain receiving and shipping records, delivery truck maintenance records and returned parts records
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
• Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Receive and move parts to designated bin locations.
• Pull Parts orders for internal, retail and wholesale customers.

Qualifications

• Previous Dealership experience is a huge plus
