Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our store team in a role focused on WOW! Customer Service. You will assist customers with automotive parts, provide expert advice, and help maintain a well-stocked, organized store.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities (Spanish and English) preferred.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge helpful.
• Experience in customer service or retail sales is advantageous.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts and solutions in-store.
• Collaborate with team and management to maintain an engaging, efficient store.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Restock, organize, and manage inventory and POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist diagnostics as needed.
• Provide excellent communication to ensure positive customer interactions.
