Banister CDJR Of Hampton is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Parts Driver to join our team on a part-time basis in Hampton, VA. You will deliver automotive parts to local dealerships, repair shops, and body shops, and perform pre- and post-delivery checks while maintaining delivery records.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Schedule is Thursday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with some Saturdays; opportunity for growth into

About the Role

Banister CDJR Of Hampton is looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Parts Driver to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll be responsible for delivering automotive parts to local dealerships, repair shops, and body shops in a timely and professional manner — a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the road and takes pride in dependable service.

What You'll Do

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts to customers, shops, and dealerships on assigned routes
• Load and unload parts safely, checking orders for accuracy before and after delivery
• Obtain signatures and maintain accurate delivery records/logs
• Communicate with dispatch or the parts department regarding delivery status, delays, or issues
• Perform basic vehicle inspections (fuel, tires, fluids) before each shift
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to/from work (if not driving a company vehicle to start/end shift)
• Ability to lift-up to 25 lbs.
• Strong sense of direction / comfortable using GPS navigation
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
• Prior delivery or automotive parts experience a plus, but not required
