Job Responsibilities

As an Automotive Parts Counterperson, you will be the first point of contact at the parts pick-up window, assisting service technicians and walk-in customers with purchasing parts and accessories. You will also receive training on inventory control, stocking, and pulling parts from the stockroom. Additionally, you may deliver parts to customers outside the dealership.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate, or equivalent
• Preferred: 2+ years of dealership parts counter experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to understand manufacturer specifications
• GM and CDK experience is a plus
