Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Counter-person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our parts department, ensuring seamless operations by handling sales, inventory management, and order processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service - Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts in a friendly and professional manner, whether at the counter, in the shop, or over the phone.
• Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records, process orders, and ensure stock replenishment.
• Order Processing- Handle calls, provide price quotes, and efficiently process transactions.
• Record Keeping - Keep detailed records of transactions, invoices, and special-order parts.
• Other Duties - Perform additional tasks as needed to support the department.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with Ford parts preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in parts sales or inventory management is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adapt to changing processes and procedures
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
