Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Counter-person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our parts department, ensuring seamless operations by handling sales, inventory management, and order processing. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Service - Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts in a friendly and professional manner, whether at the counter, in the shop, or over the phone.
  • Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records, process orders, and ensure stock replenishment.
  • Order Processing- Handle calls, provide price quotes, and efficiently process transactions.
  • Record Keeping - Keep detailed records of transactions, invoices, and special-order parts.
  • Other Duties - Perform additional tasks as needed to support the department.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with Ford parts preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in parts sales or inventory management is a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
