Automotive Parts Counterperson (Sales)

Immediately hiring for an Automotive Parts Counterperson at our Exton Ford store! The Parts Counterperson will assist internal customers and technicians with parts requests for our busy shop.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and every third Saturday

What you'll do:

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.
• Match parts for technicians' assistance.
• Cost parts on invoices.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service department to meet parts requests.
• Stock incoming products and track inventory.
• Handle retail customers at our parts counter.
• Fill wholesale parts orders via call or walk-in customers.
