Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Person to assist customers with automotive parts and accessories in person or by phone. You will locate parts, manage stock, and coordinate delivery or installation while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicles and promotions.

The ideal candidate has automotive and dealership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to use computers and Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Qualificações

• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Warehouse/inventory knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receipt and stocking of incoming items.
• Locates accessories or parts and arranges installation.
• Monitors parts inventory and coordinates installation.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions.
• Keeps sales documentation accurate.
• Provides timely reports as required.
• Ensures safe, on-time delivery of parts per procedures.
• Maintains warehouse housekeeping.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
