Victory Automotive Group is hiring an Experienced Parts Counter Person to assist customers with parts and accessories in a busy dealership environment. You will locate items in stock or source from vendors and coordinate delivery and installation where needed.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience, a friendly demeanor, and strong computer and communication skills. This role requires weekends and a professional, dependable approach to service.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience and can communicate clearly with customers.
• Must be pleasant, courteous and have strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock incoming parts and locate items in inventory.
• Locate accessories or parts and arrange for installation.
• Monitor parts inventory and keep storage areas in good condition.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicles, accessories, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
• Ensure safe and on-time delivery of parts to the dealership and follow company procedures.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
