Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Person to assist customers with automotive parts in person or by phone. You will locate parts in inventory or source from vendors, coordinate delivery and installation, and help stock incoming parts.

The ideal candidate will have automotive parts experience, a friendly, professional demeanor, strong customer service and communication skills, and solid computer and internet abilities. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.

Formación

• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.

• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receipt and stocking of incoming items.
• Locates accessories or parts and arranges for installation.
• Monitors parts inventory and arranges for installation.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
• Ensures safe and on-time delivery of parts to the dealership and following all company procedures and standards.
• Maintains warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
