Aufgaben

• Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Determine availability and submit a Special Order if requested when parts are not in stock.
• Manage the entire Special-Order Process from ordering to customer notification.
• Inform Parts Manager of any areas of the department not in satisfactory condition.
• If closing the Parts Department, ensure all doors are locked before leaving.
• Keep current on new products and product updates.
• Participate in all training programs and any other tasks deemed necessary by Management.
