Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive dealership parts department.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent assistance.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the parts counter and assist customers with inquiries and expert advice on parts selection.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information on parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
• Efficiently process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers and service technicians.
• Collaborate with vendors and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts shipments.
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records in the dealership's system.
• Assist service department with drop-off and pickup of customers' cars and parts.
• Stay informed about new products and advancements in automotive parts.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, providing receipts.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of parts orders.
