Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive dealership parts department.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report).

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians by identifying and sourcing parts for service and repairs.
• Maintain and organize inventory in the parts department.
• Process incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and stock parts.
• Collaborate with service team to prioritize urgent part requests and minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal team members and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, receipts, and adjustments.
