Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of automotive parts dept. experience preferred.
• One year of sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts and upsell related items.
• Pull stock or place emergency orders for out-of-stock parts.
• Answer calls, provide price quotes, and assist outside sales reps with orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup.
• Maintain organized, clean front counter and stock areas.
• Assist service technicians with parts for repairs in process.
• Ensure proper charging and invoicing for parts transactions.
• Maintain Lost Sale Tracking and keep customers informed.
