Auto-Wares Group of Companies seeks a Full-Time Counter person for our Grand Ledge, MI location. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly, accurate service and guiding customers through parts selections.

The role emphasizes hands-on product knowledge, teamwork with the store manager, and opportunities for growth in leadership. Ideal candidates have 3 years in automotive with strong communication and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
• Finalize sales using phone, in-person communication, and other methods.
• Establish deep knowledge of parts and services offered.
• Assist customers with product options and demonstrate Never Say No values.
• Support daily store operations and processing returns.
• Keep store clean and organized and assist newer staff.
