Job summary

Auto-Wares is hiring a Full-Time Counter person at our Midland, MI location. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly service and knowledgeable product options to customers as you close sales through various channels.

You will assist with deliveries, returns, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Requirements include at least 3 years in the automotive field, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform required physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Auto-Wares with positive customer interactions.
• Finalize sales using phone calls, in-person communication, and other methods.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized store appearance and support daily operations.
• Process returns and assist newer store personnel; help with deliveries and inventory.
• Support store team with stocking, unloading deliveries, and stock organization.
