Job summary

Mills Auto Group in Goldsboro, NC is hiring an Automotive Parts Counter Associate to join our dealership parts department. This full-time temporary position offers training, a starting pay of $15.00 per hour, around 40 hours per week, and potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with their parts needs.
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
• Learn to look up, identify, and order automotive parts.
• Work with the Parts Manager to locate parts not in stock.
• Process special-order parts requests.
• Communicate with customers and staff regarding parts availability and order status.
• Check in, stock, and organize incoming parts orders.
• Assist with inventory management and daily department operations.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
