Aufgaben

• Assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and purchases.
• Look up, identify, and order OEM parts and accessories.
• Use electronic catalogs and dealership management systems.
• Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders accurately.
• Maintain parts inventory and assist with counts and stocking.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely repairs.
• Keep accurate records of parts transactions and movements.
