Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bend in Bend, Oregon is hiring a Parts Advisor to serve customers, check stock, take parts orders, and coordinate with the service team to ensure parts are available for repairs.

You will maintain inventory, create invoices in ADP, receive and store parts, and process payments. Base plus commission, monthly pay of $3,500–$5,500, with schedule Tue–Sat and flexibility discussed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency in handling inquiries and orders.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and team.
• Mathematics skills for inventory and invoicing.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers professionally.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and team via phone, in-person or email.
• Assist customers by answering questions and taking parts orders.
• Maintain clean, professional counter, work area and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts with service team for repairs.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack and store parts; maintain inventory records.
• Verify quantities and costs on invoices and orders.
• Ensure accurate part specifications.
