Job summary

Diehl Automotive Group in Coraopolis is looking for a professional parts advisor. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service in the retail/wholesale automotive parts industry and must be highly motivated.

Responsibilities include providing parts to customers, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining the stock. Experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Tekion is helpful. Health benefits, insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail/wholesale automotive parts industry helpful.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via various channels.
• Assist customers by answering questions in a quick and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of work area.
• Coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service with Body Shop & Service Team.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
• Check quantity and condition of received goods.
• Process core returns, warranties, and parts returns as necessary.
