Job summary

Ryan Motors in Williston is seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor to assist customers with parts needs and support technicians in a fast-paced dealership.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, pull and issue parts, handle special orders, and communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure smooth service drive operations. This role requires strong computer skills, Mopar/CDJR knowledge a plus, and a reliable, customer-focused mindset.

Do you know your way around Mopar parts like a chef knows their spice rack? Can you tell a customer the difference between a 5.7L HEMI part and a 3.6 Pentastar part without breaking a sweat?

If so, we want YOU on our team.

Our busy Ryan Motors dealership is looking for a Parts Counter Person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that the right part and the right attitude equal a smooth-running service drive.

What You'll Do:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts needs
• Support technicians by accurately pulling and issuing parts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Process special orders and returnsCommunicate clearly with service advisors and management
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in automotive parts (CDJR/Mopar experience a plus!)
• Strong computer skills is a necessity
• Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail
• Team player mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle
• Valid driver's license
• 18 years of age or older
