Job summary

EnTrans International in Gatesville, Texas, is seeking a skilled automotive paint technician to join our production team. You will paint units and components, read blueprints and work instructions, and ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational training, and a commitment to safety. You will collaborate with fellow team members, follow PPE protocols, and perform duties as assigned to support

Proficient in basic material handling techniques.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, bills of material, and work instructions as necessary to perform each assigned task.
Paint units and/or components per the quality standards established for Kalyn Siebert trailer finishes.
Perform all tasks per established quality and efficiency standards.
Provide training and assistance to other employees as assigned.
Follow action and communication protocols for nonstandard deviation in processes or materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
