Job summary

Caliber Collision in Longview is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties including tinting, mixing paints, and ensuring OEM standards are met for prep, top coat, and cure, with proper masking and reassembly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in collision center paint operations and an Auto Body certificate or ASE in refinishing is preferred; we offer benefits from day one and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint and mix paint colors to OEM standards.
• Ensure proper application sequence, timing, and materials usage.
• Mask and reassemble vehicles after paint operations.
