Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Automotive Painter in Fresno, CA to perform all-purpose paint duties, including tinting, mixing and applying finishes that meet OEM standards. The role requires 3+ years in paint operations within a collision center and may prefer Auto Body or ASE refinishing certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paint operations experience in a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints to OEM standards.
• Ensure formulations, preparations, top coating and curing meet OEM requirements.
• Perform masking, paint operations and disassembly/reassembly as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
