Caliber Collision in Centerville, OH is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties related to painting and refinishing vehicles. You will prepare color tint, mix paints, and ensure OEM standards for application, sequencing, and materials usage, with proper masking and reassembly before returning the vehicle to the body technician.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints.
• Ensure formulations, preparations, top coating and curing meet OEM standards.
• Ensure all paint operations are complete and reassembly is correct before handing back to body technician.
