Morgan Truck Body is hiring an Automotive Painter for the 2nd shift in Morgantown, PA. You will transform raw builds into road-ready finishes, applying high-quality paints as specified, from surface prep to final spray, ensuring every truck turns heads.

Ideal candidates bring basic math, blueprint-reading ability, and comfort with standard paint tools; teamwork and safety come first in our fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading a tape measure with accuracy.
• Basic computer skills to support workflow and documentation.
• Familiar with common paint tools and their proper use.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints for special paint applications.

Responsibilities

• Paint full truck bodies, chassis, cabs, trailers, or tractors with accuracy.
• Operate cup gun, pressure pot, plural system, and airless sprayer with confidence.
• Apply varied colors and finishes to exact customer specs.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure precision from prep to finish.
• Set up and perform preventative maintenance on paint tools and equipment.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
