Morgan Truck Body is hiring a Production Associate (Manufacturing Assembler) on the 2nd shift in Morgantown, PA. You will read blueprints, assemble truck bodies, and operate hand and power tools while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience working on truck bodies is a plus.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, specs, and safety requirements with accuracy.
• Cut wood and metal to precise specs using saws, shears, and other equipment.
• Assemble and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
• Safely operate pneumatic and hand tools.
• Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.
• Perform safety and quality checks to maintain a reliable environment.
• Follow all company safety policies.
