Job summary

Classic Collision Inc. is seeking an experienced automotive refinisher to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will mix paints, tint colors, and apply coatings following OEM standards and Classic SOPs, while maintaining clean workspaces and adhering to safety guidelines.

A valid driver’s license and 2–5 years of refinishing experience are required. Desirable candidates may have I-CAR certification and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years automotive refinishing experience.
• Must pass background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Refinish all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition per work-order and standards.
• Prepare color tint, mix paints, and ensure proper application sequence and curing.
• Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines and SOPs.
• Assist in prep work when necessary.
• Ensure masking is removed and reassembly completed before returning to the body tech.
• Adhere to hazardous waste disposal regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
