Job summary

Pembroke Pines Repair Center is seeking an automotive refinishing technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will mix paints, tint colors, and apply finishes following OEM guidelines and Classic SOPs.

You must have 2–5 years of refinishing experience, a valid driver's license, and pass a background check. I-CAR certification is preferred, and a strong safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 2–5 years automotive refinishing experience.
• I-CAR certification preferred.
• Comply with all safety requirements and respirator safety measures.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Refinish all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition according to the written work-order and Classic SOPs.
• Prepare color tint to match paint color; mix paint colors and ensure formulations meet OEM standards.
• Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist in prep work when necessary.
• Ensure all paint operations are complete and vehicle is ready for body technician.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines for hazardous waste disposal.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
