Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an automotive refinisher in Newberg, OR. The role involves refinishing vehicles to pre-accident condition, matching colors, and following OEM guidelines. You will work under Classic SOPs and with our insurance partners to ensure quality and safety.

Requires 2–5 years refinishing experience, valid driver's license, and ability to meet safety standards. I-CAR certification is preferred, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years automotive refinishing experience.
• I-CAR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass background check.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines for hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Refinish all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition per work-order and OEM guidelines.
• Prepare color tint to match paint color; mix paint colors and ensure formulations, top coating and curing meet OEM standards.
• Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist in prep work when necessary.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety requirements for hazardous waste disposal.
• Return vehicles to the body technician after repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
